1 cup = 250ml ; 1 tbsp = 15ml

Gluten free

Natural plain yogurt: 1 cup

Honey: 2 tbsp

Cinnamon: 1/4 tsp

Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Instructions

In a mixing bowl place all the ingredients and stir well until completely combined.

Cover the bowl and keep in fridge to chill.

Serve fruit dip with choice of fruits for dipping.

Notes

Adjust honey as per your required sweetness.

Feel free to substitute honey with brown sugar, maple syrup or any healthy sweetener of your choice.

You could swap brown bread for white bread.
