Masala Lassi is a refreshing and rejuvenating beverage prepared by blending yogurt with mint and Indian spices.

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 tablespoon = 15ml
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Water
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon Mint
- 1 tablespoon Ginger roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon Coriander roughly chopped
Add yogurt, salt, coriander, mint, ginger,roasted cumin powder in a blender.
Now blend until well combined. Refrigerate for around 3 hours.
Enjoy mildly spiced healthy and soothing Masala Lassi...
Adjust spices to suit your taste.
Adjust water as per your required consistency.
You may add more mint and coriander leaves based on how strong flavour you prefer your lassi to be.
