Dahi Papdi Chaat
Dahi Papdi chaat is a spicy, sweet, tangy and crunchy street side snack. This is one of the easy chaat recipe that can be made in just few minutes with pre-made green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and store-bought crunchy papdis, fine sev and few spices.

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml
- 7 Papdi
- ⅓ Cup Potatoes boiled and chopped
- ⅓ Cup Onion chopped
- ⅓ Cup Sweet tamarind chutney
- ⅓ Cup Green chutney
- ⅓ cup Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Chilli powder
- ½ Teaspoon Chaat masala
- handful Sev
- handful Coriander chopped
To make sweet yogurt, combine yogurt and sugar in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
⅓ cup Yogurt, 1 Teaspoon Sugar
Arrange papdis in a plate or shallow bowl.
7 Papdi
Top it up with boiled potato cubes, chopped onions.
⅓ Cup Potatoes, ⅓ Cup Onion
Now top up these papdis sweet tamarind chutney followed by green chutney and generous amount of sweet yogurt.

Sprinkle chaat masala and chilli powder.
½ Teaspoon Chilli powder, ½ Teaspoon Chaat masala
Finally garnish with chopped coriander and fine sev.
